Lucky Number?
The Smallish City has had rain every day for the past 11 days. Also, I just heard we have had a total of 11 inches of rain so far this month. Perhaps this number means something.

If I was superstitious, I should be worrying...an important application was just returned to me today because I paid too much money (due to the change in the exchange rate)...it was dated 11th May.
