Sad story
A sad story from Boston today. Hard to know what to make of it, without more information. One thing, though-- you'll never read about this happening at Green Acres. Because the security guards there aren't allowed to put their hands on the patients, let alone carry weapons.

Wow, that's really grim from every angle.
God, at first I thought maybe antisocial or something like that, but after reading, I wonder if he was psychotic or manic or what. Sounds like he had good function some of the time.
If a patient stabbed me, I wouldn't want them to shoot him.
The psychiatrist is in bad shape, multiple stab wounds I think. Patient came at the guy with the gun with his knife and when he thought the guy had backed off, turned again to stabbing the doc.
If a patient was stabbing me like that, I would want him shot though maybe not killed.
