Patient: Oh, yes, back when I was human I was an alcoholic. Now that I am inhuman, I don't drink at all.

As long as he is inhuman he does not drink...a success if you are measuring abstinence and urges...but a failure if you are measuring reality orientation
you can do anything with outcome measures!
